Temporary Road Closure Of CTE (AYE Bound) Exit 8b Slip Road To Upper Serangoon Road
To facilitate road work, the slip road at CTE (AYE bound) Exit 8B to Upper Serangoon Road will be temporarily closed to traffic from Tuesday, 19 June 2007 to Wednesday, 20 June 07, from 12 am to 5am.

Road Closure Along Marina Park
To facilitate works for the Garden By The Bay, Marina Park will be closed to traffic starting from Friday, 29 June 07.
Motorists and road users are advised to use Marina Mall as an alternative route. Directional signs will be placed in advance of the road closure area to direct road users.

Republic Boulevard closed to traffic for NDP rehearsal
SINGAPORE: Roads around Marina Bay will be closed for a National Day Parade rehearsal on Saturday.
Traffic will not be allowed along the entire stretch of Republic Boulevard from 8am to 11pm, including the turn passing by the Singapore Flyer.
But Temasek Avenue and Raffles Avenue will each have one lane open to traffic.
Raffles Link will also stay open -
Temporary Road Closure Along Yishun Ave 1
To facilitate road works, a stretch of Yishun Ave 1 will be closed to traffic the slip road at SLE (BKE bound) will be closed to traffic from Thursday 16 August 2007 to 17 Aug 2007 between 12 am and 6am.
During this period of closure, signs will be put up in advance to alert motorist of the closure. Motorists are advised to drive carefully and to observe the information signs displayed. -
Temporary Road Closure Along MacRitchie Viaduct (Towards Lornie & Upper Thomson Road)
To facilitate works, the road along MacRitchie Viaduct (towards Lornie Road & towards Upper Thomson) will be closed to traffic from Thursday, 16 August 2007 to Monday, 20 August 2007 from 11.00 p.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily to enable us to carry out the works safely.
During the road closures, information signs will be placed well ahead of the closed roads to inform motorists to use alternative routes.

Temporary Road Closure Along MacRitchie Viaduct (Towards Lornie & Upper Thomson Road)
To facilitate works, the road along MacRitchie Viaduct (towards Lornie Road & towards Upper Thomson) will be closed to traffic from Thursday, 29 August 2007 to Friday, 31 August 2007 from 11.00 p.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily to enable us to carry out the works safely.
During the road closures, information signs will be placed well ahead of the closed roads to inform motorists to use alternative routes. -
Temporary Closure Of PIE (Tuas Bound) Exit Slip Road Into Kallang Bahru/Bendemeer Road
To facilitate works, the PIE(Tuas Bound) exit slip road into Kallang Bahru and Bendemeer will be temporarily closed to traffic on 13 and 14 September 2007, from 12.30am to 5am.
Directional and information signs will be placed well ahead of the road closure to inform and guide motorists.
Motorists are advised to drive carefully and use the alternative routes during the stated closure hours.

Temporary Road Closure Along Macritchie Viaduct, Braddell Road And At Junction Of Thomson Road/Lornie Road
To facilitate works for the new Braddell Road/Thomson Road/Lornie Road Flyover, there will be a series of road closure in the month of September.
The junction of Thomson Road and Lornie Road will be temporarily closed to traffic from 6 September to 8 September, from 12 September to 15 September and from 21 September to 25 September from 1 am to 5.30am daily, to enable us to carry out the works safely.
There will also be temporary road closure along MacRitchie Viaduct (towards Lornie Road & towards Upper Thomson) from 7 September to 30 September 07, from 12am to 5.30am daily, to facilitate launching works.
Traffic lanes along the entire Braddell Road (both bounds inclusive) will also be closed temporarily from 13 September to 15 September, from 1am to 5.30am daily.
During the road closures, information signs will be placed well ahead of the closed roads to inform motorists to use alternative routes.

Temporary Closure Of Mohamed Ali Lane On Two Weekends
The Mohamed Ali Lane will be closed, in intervals, on two weekends - 15/16 and 22/23 September 2007, from 8.00a.m. to 7.00p.m. This is to facilitate the construction of a mechanised carpark at Club Street for Stage 1 of the Downtown Line project.
During these periods, motorists from Club Street may use Ann Siang Hill or Cross Street when heading towards South Bridge Road. Motorists are advised to drive carefully and use the alternative routes during the stated closure hours.

To facilitate maintenance works at the Central Expressway (CTE) tunnels, the following slip roads will be temporarily closed to traffic from 12am to 5am:
1) CTE (SLE) to Clemenceau Avenue (Exit 2) on 12 October 2007 & for alternative route, please use Exit 1B to Outram Road, Chin Swee Road and Clemenceau Avenue.
2) CTE (SLE) to Merchant Road (Exit 2) on 12 October 2007 & for alternative route, please use Exit 1B to Outram Road, Chin Swee Road , Clemenceau Ave and Merchant Road.
Motorists are advised to drive carefully and follow the directional signs on display.

To facilitate ERP gantry installation works, a section of Upper Bukit Timah Road after Hume Ave (towards Clementi Road) will be temporarily closed to traffic on 11 October 2007 from 12am to 5am.

Temporary Closure Of Chin Swee Slip Road To CTE (SLE)
To facilitate maintenance works, the Chin Swee slip road to CTE (towards SLE) will be temporarily closed to traffic on 16 October 2007 from 12am to 1am.
Motorists travelling on Chin Swee Road are advised to take the "Merchant Road - New Bridge Road - Upper Cross Street" route as an alternative to enter the CTE (towards SLE).
Information signs will be placed along the affected roads to inform motorists of the work ahead.

Temporary Closure Of PIE (Tuas) After Paya Lebar Road Exit (Exit 11)
To facilitate the installation of directional gantry signage across the PIE (Tuas bound), a stretch of PIE between the Paya Lebar Road exit (Exit 11) and the entry slip road into the PIE from Sims Way will be temporarily closed to traffic on 24 October 2007 from 12.30am to 5am.
In addition, the following slip roads to PIE will also be affected by the closure.
1. Entrance to PIE (Tuas bound) at Paya Lebar Road from Geylang
2. Entrance to PIE (Tuas bound) at Paya Lebar Road from Ubi Ave
3. Right lane at Circuit Road exit U-turn to PIE (Tuas bound)

Traffic Arrangements for Great Eastern Women 10K Run
To facilitate the traffic arrangements for the Great Eastern Woman 10K Run, the following roads will be closed to all vehicular traffic on 21 October 2007 at the specified times below.
From 1am to 12.30pm,

From 2am to 12.30pm,
1. St AndrewÂ’s Road
2. Parliament Place
From 2am to 10am,
1. Old Parliament Lane
2. Empress Place
From 4am to 11am,
1. Raffles Ave (between junction with Temasek Ave and Esplanade outdoor carpark) (extreme left lane)
From 6am to 10am,
1. Nicoll Highway (towards city)
2. Esplanade Drive (towards Nicoll Highway)
From 6am to 11am,
1. Fullerton Road
2. Republic Ave
3. Slip road leading from Nicoll Highway into Republic Ave
4. Slip road from Ophir Road leading into Republic Boulevard and Republic Ave
5. Republic Boulevard (towards Raffles Ave )
6. Raffles Ave (between Republic Boulevard and the junction of Temasek Avenue )
Motorists travelling to Suntec City or Marina Square are advised to use ECP and exit at Rochor. Members of public intending to go to the affected areas are encouraged to use public transport. Advisory signs have been put up along the affected roads to alert motorists of the road closures. Auxiliary police officers and marshals will be deployed at all affected road junctions to assist motorists and regulate traffic.
Parking regulations will be strictly enforced and vehicles found parking indiscriminately or causing obstruction will be towed away.

Temporary Road Closure Along MacRitchie Viaduct
To facilitate beam launching works, MacRitchie Viaduct (towards Upper Thomson) will be temporarily closed to traffic from 1 November 2007 to 18 November 2007 from 11pm to 5.30am daily.
MacRitchie Viaduct (towards Lornie Road & towards Upper Thomson) will also be temporarily closed to traffic from 19 November 2007 to 30 November 2007 from 11pm to 5.30am daily.
Motorists are advised to drive carefully and follow the directional signs on display.
Road marshals will also be stationed on site to guide motorists and pedestrians.

Directional and information signs will be placed along the affected roads to inform and guide motorists.

To facilitate maintenance works, the CTE exit to Havelock Road will be temporarily closed to traffic on 1 November 2007 from 12am to 5am.

Temporary Closure Of Hillview Road
To facilitate the removal of a damaged height limit gantry, Hillview Road will be temporarily closed to traffic from 1 November 2007 and 2 November 2007 from 1am to 4am.
Motorists affected by the road closure are advised to take the following alternative routes:
a) Motorists travelling along Upper Bukit Timah Road (Clementi bound) to Hillview Road will have to make U-turn at designated locations to Upper Bukit Timah Road (Woodlands bound) and make a left-turn to Hume Avenue, Hillview Avenue, and Hillview Road.
b) Motorists travelling along Upper Bukit Timah Road (Woodlands bound) to Hillview Road will have to make a left-turn at the junction of Upper Bukit Timah Road/Hume Avenue into Hume Avenue, Hillview Avenue and Hillview Road.
Directional and information signs will be placed along the affected roads to inform and guide motorists.
