Should bicycles be traveling on the road or the lane?

  of course its the footpath..
  
  car hit bicycle, rider 100% injured. road always will have vehicles
  
  bicycle hit pedestrian, mostly light injury. cyclist will brake for pedestrian more than vehicles brake for bicycles..
  
  bicycle speed slower, and most importantly, footpath most of the time no body walking

  i tink bicycles travelling on roads can be very dangerous to urself.. and it caused sum traffics to slow down.. for instance buses.. when the bicycle is travelling on the left..
  
  but the lta or watever organisation.. doesn't allow bicycles to travel on pavements etc.. as they could easily knock pedestrians accidentially..
  
  but on the other hand.. so does bicycle pose a threat to vehicles on the roads..

  On the road. Some cyclist are so irritating, travel usin the walking lane still there to tsk at people & keep sounding the bell non stop.
