Opening of Bartley Road East between Airport Road and Kaki Bukit Avenue 4
The stretch of Bartley Road East between Airport Road and Kaki Bukit Avenue 4 will open to traffic on Saturday, 20 September 2008.
Bartley Road East (towards Tampines Ave 10) will open to traffic at 6am. The other bound carriageway towards Airport Road will open later to traffic at 9.30am.
With the opening of Bartley Road East, motorists will be able to travel directly between Airport Road and Tampines Avenue 10. Motorists will also be able to use the new slip roads to travel between Kaki Bukit Avenue 4 and Airport Road.
Directional and information signs will be placed along the affected roads to inform and guide motorists.
