Hey littlestream, I found a drama with the title "Spring Days" ... it's a 2005 release? I haven't seen the drama but there isn't Lee Byung-hun in it. Lee Byung-hun was in a 2001 drama, Beautiful Days, with Choi Ji-woo ... err, that's the closest title I've found so far with him in it This one I've seen and I quite liked it.
Anyway, I've found some cover images, thought that might be an easier way for us to figure which drama it is ...

It may be new, I don't know. When I was there, the drama was rented out. But his face was the prime image of the cover. The female lead, I have not seen her, well, not that I know many of them. Hee hee.... -
