If there is a penalty tonight for Chelsea, who do you think will take it if the scores at the moment of penalty are as follows :
1. draw
2. Chelsea leading by 1 goal
3. Chelsea leading by 2 goals or more
3. Liverpool leading
Personally I believe Ballack will take it regardless of score. -
