  Michael Ballack is delighted he chose Chelsea over Barcelona in the summer.
  Reflecting on last week's victory over their Spanish rivals, Ballack said: "This is the reason I came to Chelsea - to have this sort of feeling.
  
  "Barca tried to buy me before them, but I'm glad I have the blue shirt.
  
  "My reason for joining the club had nothing to do with money. I wanted a new challenge and it doesn't get much bigger a challenge than playing for Chelsea and trying to beat Barcelona."

  nah he glad that he can be 1st team in a top club but anyway i think barcelona will use ballack much more then chelsea

  the playing style between him and Lampard is the same ....why you need 2 of the same kind of players on the field....is all about marketing...

  but he is signed by chelsea for free but anyway ballack to us is very unecessary.........should have bring in a more drive attacking central midfielder not a slow poke into the team
  
  but anyway i can see him going to other club @ the end of the season
