Frank Lampard has spoken of his pride after writing his name into Chelsea's history books with his goal against Everton on Sunday.
The scorching effort was Lampard's 77th for The Blues, a tally that makes him the most prolific midfielder in the London club's history.
Dennis Wise was the former record holder, and England international Lampard admits surpassing the former Blues captain is one of his greatest moments in the game.
"It's very special, to have passed a player of Dennis Wise's stature and quality is one of my greatest achievements," said Lampard in The Sun.
"I did it quicker than Dennis, but he was a different player to me. He was a holding player.
"There have been some great midfielders at this club over the years.
"I'm pleased to be up there and want to continue to score for Chelsea."
