  Now that our boys have managed to salvage some of their form, are we ready to go back to winning ways at premiership level?
  
  We play Blackburn at the Bridge on 31st. Does anyone think we'll see a comfortable win without letting in any goals?
  
  I think we will win with an optimistic 2-0 now that Cech's back Hopefully we'll see JT's return this Wednesday?

  blackburn can be damn good when they wana play.. and pedersen left foot is always a threat whether form set piece or a loose ball.
  
  but still, i expect sheva and drogba to score.. 2-0 t chelsea.

  actually i dun find mikel all that lousy for his age.. he's ball control is good.. i can see him becoming more like a ballack kinda player in mybe 5-6 years time.

  Problems that I see in Mikel is :
  
  Still not matured. Can be reckless.
  Vision still not far enough to send telling passes.
  Plays a bit lazily, maybe that's his style.
  
  I think he is more like Makelele in the making.
  
  As for SWP, he has to go. He is a good player but losing confidence now.

  liverpool won at upton park and is now just 2 points behind chelsea.

  Not sweat. Liverpool and the others can chase us for 2nd spot. But we should be looking at overhauling ManU. If we do that, why worry about the rest?

  The fringe players are getting into the groove.
  
  Mikel and Diarra played well and may be fighting for a regular place anytime.
  Shev was running around and making the defenders work. Pity he was not on the score sheet.
  
  My Man Of The Match, Essien, is a God-send. As far as I am concern, he should be Chelsea's Player of the Year for his contribution so far.

  diarra has always looked good, they say he's like the next makelele, but i think he plays more like essien.. ever since i saw him performed last season..

  If Diarra can play both like Makelele and Essien, then he will be fantastic.
  
  You are right, I think he is more like Essien. I guess for a young player, he would not have the patience like Makelele to sit and wait and break up attacks.
  
  He would like to go forward to create chances and score. Just like Essien.
