Chelsea are believed to have agreed the summer transfer of Portuguese defender Manuel da Costa.
The highly-rated Portuguese stopper, who was actually born in France, can play anywhere along the back-line and has seemingly impressed enough at PSV Eindhoven this term to earn a move to England.
He only transferred to the Philips Stadion last summer from Nancy, but Chelsea have reportedly moved quickly to secure a deal for the 20-year-old.
Portuguese sources claim that a deal has already been agreed between all parties for the move, and is seemingly further evidence of the co-operation between PSV and Chelsea.
Numerous deals have now been concluded between the two sides in the last couple of seasons, which have seen the Dutch club benefit greatly from The Blues placing players with them - mainly South Americans who would not be eligible to play in England.

PSV Eindhoven defender Manuel Da Costa has confirmed an approach from Chelsea.
"There is contact between Chelsea and PSV," da Costa confirmed to Antenna 1. "At the moment nobody has spoken with me so I am only thinking about PSV."

The 20-year-old admitted he would enjoy the chance to work with Jose Mourinho.
"He is a great trainer, one of the best ones of the world and obviously I would like to work with him," he added.
PSV coach Koeman: Farfan to join Chelsea

PSV Eindhoven coach Ronald Koeman admits star man Jefferson Farfan could move to Chelsea.
"It wouldn't be illogical to suggest that the Peruvian could move to Stamford Bridge and link up with Saloman Kalou (who was at Feyenoord), possibly on loan," Koeman told Dutch magazine Sportsweek.
Farfan is contracted to PSV until 2010 and the Dutch giants enjoy a close relationship with Chelsea.
Along with the striker, Chelsea are also looking at his PSV teammate Manuel Da Costa, the fullback.
