Carvarlho Out For Rest Of Season!

LONDON, April 28 (Reuters) - Portugal defender Ricardo Carvalho will miss Chelsea's Champions League semi-final second leg against Liverpool on Tuesday after injuring his knee, manager Jose Mourinho said.

Carvalho went down after a tackle by Bolton's Kevin Davies in the first half of Chelsea's 2-2 Premier League home draw with on Saturday and was substituted by Frank Lampard. Davies was booked.
'It's bad...it's his knee,' Mourinho said. 'He's been our best defender the whole season. It's as simple as that,' the Portuguese coach said. 'We lost in Liverpool in the Premiership without him.'
Chelsea's last Premier League defeat was by Liverpool in January. -
Wah damnit la, our best defender gone. Have to play Essien, hopefully Khalid can do a good job man.

nah for me, the title is as good as over. we're getting weary as the match goes.

i just hope we can win the ucl and fa cup, but losing one of our keyman. -

Ah... Carvarlho... Out For Rest Of Season? Maybe a week or 2 only... But who knows, he may even play on tue... Sometimes just a tactic... But Ballack i belief is really out.
Since Gallas left, he is chelsea's best defender... He is like rio to man utd, a cool and smart defender... I have never thought Terry was a good defender in the first place, his take up position is usually off... In the past there was always Gallas to cover for him and this year got Carvarlho all season...
If chelsea really lose Carvarlho for tue's match... Then Blues fans better be afraid... Pool are on a roll, and at Anfield the pressure is going to be so much more that you will need a cool head like Carvarlho to defend... -

and ballack Might be able to play last 1 or 2 games after surgery if enuff rest and permission from doctor -

pple do return to injury earlier as expected and later as expected as well
look @ saha he was expected to return long ago but never did until now
same case for vidic and carvalho i don't think the club had lied it was the intial scan but some players receieve treatment and response to it well some help themselves by resting more and eat nutritional food and others to help
so hope you understand this is not lying or what @ least i think so
