I Think Chelsea should get a backup good center back for Terry / Carvalho maybe Alex from PSV since he is ours anyway
and a right back maybe glen johnson can fill the role but miguel and daniel alves and chimbonda

Striker buy the likes of David Villa , Berbatov , Toni , Eto
villa and eto pirority fast striker is the key
bring robinho to stamford bridge if possible -

firstly before anything else, buy a new manager first. depending on how you look at it moaning-ho may not be there in the first place. Who's good ? Juan Ramos? Sven Goran Ericsson?
then, assuming abramovic is in charitable mood and burn more cash, buy a backup for Cech, lest he break his skull again. Ditch Hilario and Cuddle-chini, they are not up to mark. Maybe get Buffon from Juventus? But then again, he may not want to warm benches. get somebody young but with certain degree of playing experience - Scott Carson? Since Charlton is going down.
next, get a couple of defenders - Blahblahrouch, the guy who got sent off in Arsenal is clown, same goes for Ferraria - who has outlived his usefulness. splash money on Micah Richards & Gareth Bale. Get good centre back to challenge likes of Cavalho & Terry - I think Ledley King / or the young defender at Tottenham - cannot remember name will be good. Objective is that he is young and can be developed into world class defenders.
then midfield, i will no sooner sell off Ballack and if Lampard wants to leave, he can, for 50mil and I ask for messi in return from Barca, Barca don't want to sell messi? nvm, tempt him with big cash - 50 mil shld do the trick. so assuming you have in midfield, lampard & messi. oh, i will also send 50mil to liverpool for gerrard. i dun think they will win the CL, so its time Gerrard call it quits to join Lampard. So with Essien anchoring the midfield, gerrard, lampard and messi are mauraders. Of course, Gerrard gets to play in the central midfield position. On top of that, i will also try a cheeky bid for Cesc Febregas.
what else? Oh, Shevchenko can go back to AC milan or wherever he fancy, i dun care. 30 - 40 mil will be enough to bring me Henry from Arsenal, as he should be quite disillusioned with the gunners firing blanks. Imagine, Henry and Drogba - Henry's finesse and Drogba's brute wow, heavenly. Since we are at it, might as well bring Torres in as cover, like that even if Henry is injured, Torres has the speed to terrorise defenders. Moreover Henry is getting old.

the have a world class keeper who willing to stay in the bench for 3 seasons
i agree with trendz, some of the players mention wont want to leave their current club or their respesctive club wont even want to sell them
