With a 4-0 win against Hull in the Carling Cup competitions early this morning, do you think our unbeated record at home is safe this weekend under the hands of Avram Grant?
Predictions?
I am hoping for a 0-0 draw at least
Perhaps I should at least give some credit to newly appointed Grant's choice of players but a squad like Chelsea should be able to overcome Hull effortlessly despite their coach, don't you think? Then again Man U lost to Coventry and were kicked out of the CC! -

WTF. The most shitty performance I ever see of Chelsea. The only players who seem to work hard are only Belletti, Makelele and Cech. WTF is with Alex and Ben Haim looking at defenders passed them everytime leaving Cech to clean the trash? WTF is with Shevchenko pass the ball to people other than Chelsea players? And WTF is Grant trying to do?! Send Malouda on for Ashley Cole when the defence is haywire? He might as well send 10 strikers and mid-fielders. 'Attacking' football as promised.

I'm damn pissed off with Ben Haim and Alex. They lost the ball near the box and they have got the cheek to slowly jog and 'enjoy' how Cech saved the ball.

Ref waives off a possible red card against a deliberate facial injury to Terry by Fulham players.
Terry has to be subsitute by Alex at half-time as fears of his previous head injury resurfaces.
By the 73th min, a Fulham player dives his face towards Drogba boots & the Blues sub captain was sent off as Ref wasted no time to pick apart Chelsea.
The match ended in a draw as the crowd boos rain on the Ref & also Chelsea players!

in short, they played like shi t. fulham had 3 clear chances to win the game late in the match but they squandered it. -
i think if jose was in charge of this match it will still be a draw....its just been the way chelsea has performed this season, no luck and unable to break teams down....

Actually, Mourinho didn't just leave on his own. When he left, so did the following people.
Baltemar Brito (assistant manager/coach), Rui Faria (assistant manager/fitness coach) Andre Villas (head opposition scout/first team coach) and Silvino Louro (assistant manager/goalkeeper coach).
On top of finding a new manager, Chelsea has to look to fill all these positions as well. Even if they get people in, it takes time to build up a good and effective working relationship.
