  i got payraise ler

  21.7% increase

  somemore, bonus increase to 1.03, over existing 0.65

  then i get it in March, June and Sept

   

   

  PS: i like to boast leh, what can you do? beat me up lar

  the last time i got 33% followed by 17% in less than a year

  bonus was 3 months variable
