I went down to canadian tire to check out their telescopes ..... they were on a shelf right above the ammo .....
some of the sale assistants were a bit edgy to see me there .... at the hunting and ammo section .... perhaps I should have shaved off my goatee ..
oh ... did I mention that something happened at my alma mater last friday ? ...
apparently, someone called the cops saying that there was a "dark haired man" carrying what looked like a "gun" wandering around the campus .....
a dozen patrol cars were despatched, all the campus police troopers were yanked away from their donuts ... and the campus was locked down over-night ....
they caught the chap eventually ...... he was holding a bicycle seat ... -

Wah, you want Sg food ah? Liddat you have to come to my house. If you want Chinese food, you'll have to head to Convoy Street in the Clairemont area. There are two dim sum joints. One called Jasmine, the other called Emerald. Both are pretty good but I prefer Emerald. I did find a Jasmine bistro in the city of El Cajon (Parkway Plaza Mall, nowhere near downtown) that serves Pan Asian food. I was there for lunch the other day and they had stuff like Roti Canai, Penang curry, etc.
Excited that you're coming over but sad that it's only for 24 hours. -
