look at it this way now is pay back time for the last 2 years of extreme high gasoline price........
$1.64/gal. this evening....
yeah man it is below 2 bucks now. I like to see it go below $1.40.
this drop in price dramatically only lead u to ask if there was any reason for gasoline price to go as high as $4.70?
Its pay back time.

The lowest gas I ever pump was below $1.2 per gallon in Texas..

Payback? Who's paying whom? The oil companies have already made their record billions in net profits when pump prices were through the roof. And they're probably still making obscene profits with current gas prices!
$1.69/gal today
what's the lowest gas price that you remember ever seeing? 1972, my 1st job was working at a carwash that sold gasoline and you could get a free wash if you bought $7 worth of gas on a fill-up...as I recall very few ppl could actually do that....the price was 35-40 cents a gallon.
$1.77 and holding. Ama-za-za-zing!

no complaint.......i hear from radio today that the lowerest price in LA is $1.55
i like to see the US continue to pursue energy independent.
i heard from Radio the forcast is that at this depressing economy gas price might reach $1.00 in some state.
Holy crap! Oil is down to $41/bbl.!!!! ![]()

low gas price is short-term and it fluctuates.
energy independant initiatives are long term and more predictable.
this is a no brainer.

$1.62? In California?? That's what we're paying for gas here!
Something's not right. I thought it was written into The Grand Scheme of Things that Californians always pay more for goods and services than the rest of the country, since they're the ones with the money and extravagant lifestyles.
The Governator is sleeping on the job, it seems!
