Hey. Here's my questions.
how do i change back my bodyclock? i have been living with this bodyclock for more than 3years and i tried countless time but failed. I usually sleep at 6am and wake up around 6pm. If i have school, i will still sleep at 6am and wake up at 2.30pm just for school. No matter how tired am i, i will still head back to sleep at 6am++. Start from midnight till 6am, i will usually play online games.
i tried setting alarm clock at around 10am but either i didn't hear it or i will auto wake up and off it.
I'm getting skinny. i weighted 50kg last year with height of 1.73m but now i weight less than 50kg with height of 1.78m. Any solution to it? or isit due to my bodyclock problem ?
And i having problem with eating. i eat less than 2 meal a day. i just dont feel hungry and dont even care about it. am i getting eatting disorder?
It'll be great if there's any solution to help up with.
