Some explanation - a fibula is a bone located in your leg together with the tibia, varicose means a dilated, weakened, tortuous (bulges out from especially the legs) vessel (mostly veins since they hardly have any muscular support), Caesarean Section you guys know ler (it's another mode of delivering babies, only that it is surgical) whereas benign means a localized cancer which won't spread and is relatively much safer (in terms of involvement of other organs) than a malignant (which spreads) cancer.
