One day, Mary and John were shopping at Tiong Bahru Plaza. John saw the Osim shop selling iGallop. Suddenly, he had a wild idea and while smiling at Mary, he spoke to her enthusiatically in Chinese, "Lai, wo men lai zuo iGallop!"
Mary was shocked when she heard it.
She repeated softly what she heard to John, "Zuo i??"
John was startled at what Mary was saying because he did not understand what Mary was talking about. So Mary repeated again in chinese, "You said we go zuo i??"
There was a few second of silence. John was embarrassed. Then he quickly and shyly pointed to the product iGallop to break the silence.
Mary was dumbfounded. The next moment she and John broke into laughter.
Mary corrected John that he should said "Qi iGallop!"
Later, they left the plaza but John will not forget that day.
