They are included here firstly and simply because many are very funny; secondly because the collection provides examples of not so great communications and relationships between 'customers and suppliers', in the context of achieving quality of customer service and service delivery. this is not in actual flight but is in sims centre.
captain: tower, a/c XXX has engine failure etc...
tower: ok prepare for E landing if required.
captain: E landing required a/c not going to make it.
tower: ok green light for E landing, check for suitable landing area

tower: aaaaaa~ u sure bo(higher rank officer took over)
captain: affirmative.
