Childbirth pain transferring device

  A husband arrived at the hospital with his wife who is about to give birth.
  
  The doctor asked the husband whether he want to try out a special device that can transfer portion of his wife's pain during childbirth onto the father of the child so as to lessen the mother's suffering.
  
  The doctor also warned him that the transfer of pain to him will be 10 times more should he agrees to try.
  
  Without any hesitation, the husband agrees to it.
  
  After the husband connected himself to the device, the doctor turned the switch an transferred 10% of the pain over.
  
  But surprisingly, the husband didn't feel a thing and asked the doctor to increase the percentage.
  
  The doctor increase it to 20% yet the husband felt nothing. The doctor thus increased further up to 100% but the husband didn't feel anything.
  
  His wife eventually gave birth and when they return home the following day, they were surprised with the sight in front of them.
  
  The milkman was dead on their doorstep....

  u should have said there is no connection to the device needed...

  yes indeed. i should have said the device is conencted to the mother and the pain will transfer to the father.
