  A mother has 2 kids, they are twin brothers. One of them is called Nai3 Tou2 (nipple), the other is called Shi4 Jie4 (world). One day she brings them out for shopping, but suddenly Nai Tou went missing.
  
  So the mother brought Shi Jie to the Information Counter and try to page for Nai Tou. The receptionist then asked, "What is your son's name and how old is him?"
  
  So the mother replied, "Wo3 de4 Nai Tou he2 Shi Jie yi1 yang4 da4...."

  Literal translation: My nipple is as big as the world.
  
  Real meaning: My nipple( the missing kid) is as old as my world(the kid who follow mother to information counter.).
