A witness in the accident

  China man saw an accident. He called police but dunno English, he said: MA TA, 1 car come 1 car go, i car bo brake i car bo stop, 2 cars PingPongPiang. PLS CALL E OR E OR..
  
  Re-phrase:
  There's a China guy saw an accident. He had called the police but he doesn't know English. He said to the police: Mata (police), i saw a car coming in a direction and the other car coming from another direction.. 1 of the car doesn't step on the brake, the other one doesn't stop in time. Then 2 cars knock onto each other. Please call the ambulance.
