One puzzle for the day.

15) No contestant finished in the same position in both the breaststroke and the butterfly.
Using the following clues, determine the order of finish in each of the four strokes.I suppose you have heard of Einstein's riddle, which only 2% of the world's population is able to solve. Well, just like this one

all 15 criteria + a hidden 16 in the main question (that only top 3 counted qualify)...
