ya noe microsoft word right...
when u highlight a word...and press backspace..the word will be deleted right...but now mine cannot lei...
any idea?

Is the scroll lock LED light lighted? If yes, press scroll lock again.
Most of the time, it is NOT due to scroll lock. Your computer could be lagging, that is why.
Scan for spyware first. Remember to update your anti-spyware definitions before you scan.
After this, restart your computer.
Open up any word document and try editing. If it still doesn't work, your backspace button may be spoilt. Replace your keyboard.
