any one else has encountered this b4? your internet browser isn't able to acess the www. the status bar will just show that it is looking for the webby. msn is still on as will your p2p. however if you just on and off your zonealarm its ok again....... very weird to me and no idea whats up.

lower the filter level of ur zonealarm?

Switch to Firefox. No more problems about unaccessible websites.
If you type the website's url correctly, it won't have this problem. Sometimes, the website admin could be maintaining the website, resulting in unaccessible website.
If it is a common website that you usually go and it says unaccessible www, it could be your cookies. Check your cookies settings. -
ya that shud do the trick...or since u mention sth about P2P maybe u can jus get alternative firewalls off P2P

includes firefox and opera. and its not say the webby inacessible is like cannot connect the status bar will say looking for the site forever. and its for every site not just one site.
in addition it happens only oscasionally wiht like no real pattern to the occurances -

If you are, just repair the connection. Sometimes, you can be connected but you cannot access any websites. Happens to me occasionally, and repairing the connection will solve it.Originally posted by chanff8:Are you using wireless? -
