use panda anti virus...i have a few problem with virus and other anti virus cant help..panda helps me..donno for ur case but u can try..if not try AVG also..install zone alarm..and spyware blaster..these program are free

Go to Tools, Internet Options. Under the General tab, click Delete Cookies and Delete Files.
If you are using Firefox, you can clear the cache.
Go to Tools, Options. Under Privacy tab, select Clear Cache now. Alternatively, just press Ctrll+Shift+Del to clear private data. Everything will be cleared. -
well...the registry mechanic i don't care liao...cos i see alot of those are just files i downloaded and deleted...most probably just some dead links...
but after i clear the virus...my computer boot up is slower than before liao...me is kinda sad...cos spend so much time clearing it...but now comp boot up slower...startup oso alittle cocky liao...

1) Defragment
2) Unchecked unwanted startup stuffs. To do this, go to Start, Run. Type in msconfig in the dialouge box. In the Startup tab, uncheck those programs that you don't need. One example is Quicktime and iTunes.
If you have lots of time, reformat. It will be completely new and the speed is like before you got the virus.
