Anyway to solve the blue screen 'memory dump' problem?

  wa jus now in the middle of my gaming suddenly the irritating blue screen of death come out...sth about memory dump...any solutions to solve this or prevent it from happening? But i noticed somethin about memory dump when i right-click on my computer, properties, advanced, start-up and recovery. settings, and under the section 'write debugging information' there's a list of options about memory dump...is it in any way connected?Thx

  Did you manage to write down the error code? for example "Stop 0xC0000221 or STATUS_IMAGE_CHECKSUM_MISMATCH"?

  Restart will solve the problem.
  
  I once got a virus which causes this "memory dump" problem. I can't get to the Internet to download the removal tool, so I just reformat.
  
  I'm pretty sure that you are not affected by any virus, so just restart your computer to solve the problem temporarily.

  memory dump is not a problem but a debugging log function....there are many reason that many causes Windows to throw memory dump e.g. application conflict, hardware problem...
  
  Maybe u can start by sniffing suspicious related error type events under system logs in event viewer.
