wad is wrong with my MP3 player?

nowadays my MP3 player encountered a problem.
when u play a song, sometimes it automatically fast forward, and u need to try replaying the song a few times to hear it play properly, otherwise it will just continue fast forwarding, and no sound comes out.
some songs can be played without replaying it, but some song can only be played if u fast forward it a lot of times. This really irritated me.
I suspect if the MP3 player got virus...
Can anyone tell what 'symptom' is this? thx -

try reloading from ur pc again...
ur player is using disc or solid state storage? -
Does your fast forward button feels different from the rest? It may be stuck. Try different formats of songs (wma, mp3, wav) and see if there is any difference

i tried wma format, which is perfectly okay, but only MP3 files could not be played now. Now no matter u replay the song how many times also cannot play MP3 songs liao.
I am afraid that later not only the MP3 files could not be played, but WMA files could not be played too

some MP3 player can only support Constant Bit Rate MP3 format -
i formatted the mp3 player using the software given and now it is working perfectly liao. Thanks for all ur suggestions, realli appreciate that.
