How do you burn a video to full screen version in nero?

Sometimes i make vcds or dvds the movie is not full-screen...like 2 black bars on top and bottom...anyone knows how t burn the video to a full screen movie?Thx...

Theres 2 different video resolutions. 4:3 and 16:9 (Widescreen). Most videos are 4:3, like the tv broadcast in singapore. Movies are often in 16:9. If a 16:9 video is played on a 4:3 television, of course you'll see 2 black lines. But it the black lines appear on a widescreen television, you just have to change the screen format setting.
