  Very much like Photoshop. If you know Photoshop, you can easily adapt to it. One feature I like best, unlimited undo. Photoshop cannot, so if my pic destroyed, have to re-do. This one can undo to the part where you don't want. Saves time.

  that one is a system extension file or sth...actually the 3-4 mb version can work for most ppl liao

  Oh... no wonder. I have .NET already, so don't need that. .NET is needed because the program is created using C# and some C++.

  Actually cannot. Because it is created using Visual Studio.NET C# and C++ programming languages.
