Anyway, for your wireless mouse, is it because of low battery? Tried changing it? What's the effect? Or is it still the same? Try adjusting the wireless adapter that comes with your mouse. If not in range, will fail you.

Underneath table. No wonder your mouse goes haywire. Wireless signals can be affected if there is something solid blocking it. Like a wall. For wireless mouse, table is enough to cause trouble. Put it on the table. But like chanff8 has said, wireless mouse has lots of problems, so putting it on the table only solve your problem for a while.
