If you open Hotmail through MSN Messenger, it will open in IE because the default browser in Windows is IE. Unless you tweak your registry settings to be otherwise.Originally posted by SBS9828X:yup... i open thru messenger

I don't know how to tweak registry settings. But you can try this if you want Hotmail to open in Firefox.Originally posted by lpx88:u know how?can tell?![]()

For Opera web browser users. Be careful when tweaking it. One small mistake and there goes your computer.
Yup. The registry contains everything that you will need to run your computer. Add one full stop or one comma, bye bye to your computer. Need to reformat liao.Originally posted by lpx88:wah so serious![]()

Kind of exaggeration. If you edit Minesweeper scores and add fullstops, your whole PC will not get anything much except probably a crash from Minesweeper. Depends on where you edit, if you edit HKCR or HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion then there really goes your Windows installation.Originally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:Yup.
