My table in excel is too big to print within the A4 paper. I know it is possible to scale it down to fix everything to within the paper. How to do it? I tried but cannot leh. Can anyone help?
Go to File, Page Setup.
Under Scaling, select Fit to option.
Type in 1 for both blanks.
Under Paper size, select A4 size.
Then print.
