Googlesyndication - How to remove it?

  I've been plagued by this nuisance pagead2.googlesyndication.com from time to time when i go online. It causes my browser to 'hang' for minutes at a time and during this 'hanging' period, i can't even close the window.
  
  Anyone knows what kind of nuisance this is? Adware installed by Google? Or someone maliciously using Google's name to hijack our browsers? And how can i remove it?

  Hmm...maybe trojan extracting data from your com so it hangs for sometime

  I hang too...well nothing important on my com anyway

  Hmmm.. i noticed that this problem is especially bad when i'm surfing sgforums...
  
  It seems to be getting worse and worse... the comp hangs for quite long.. very irritating. Now i can hardly surf sgforums in peace.

  I think Googlesyndication is part of sgforums advertised programs. Look at those ads by Google. Unless it accidentally gets into your system, you can't remove it. Have to ask Admin.

  It is a text-ad.
  
  I'm also trying to remove it. It appears to be a Javascript file and bypasses the HOSTS file restrictions.

  Hey me too. Indeed, it is getting from bad to worst. Are they any orthodox program on the market to remove it?
