adobe photoshop help

  how do u put a selected area from a picture to another picture?
  
  i opened 2 picture and then use lasso to select a area and i click transform and tried to move it to the other picture but failed...how do i do so?

  Erm...
  
  After you selected the portion of the image using the lasso, use the black arrow tool and drag it over to the other photo.
  
  Arrow must be inside the selected region.

  copy n paste la. easier.. wad click n drag. make sure u are on correct layer.
