DVD player software

  Hi everyone, i need help for 2 questions.
  
  firstly i will like to know where i can download DVD player software so that i can watch DVDs on my PC. i'm using windows ME. are there any free without trial period DVD player out there?
  
  secondly, why can't my windows media player 9.0 plays DVDs?

  Try to upgrading to Windows Media Player 10.

  ok i tried yours, but when i click snapshot, where do they store the screenshots?
