Singnet or max online?

  Hi, i need some opinion on the following:
  1) extend mi maxonline 2000 or change to singnet 512 kbps unlimited plan?
  2) upgrade to 1500 kpbs unlimted plan?
  3) which is better 2000 maxonline / 1500 kpbs unlimted?
  4) is maxonlie dedicated?

  What are you using the Internet for? If it's for playing games, get a fast one. Singnet 3500kpbs would be good.
  
  If you are using it for work and need to be always online, get an unlimited plan. The speed is up to you. If you are a student and always online, an unlimited will also be recommended.
  
  If you are always not online, get a surf as you pay plan from Starhub.

  i am not sure for others but i am using MOL6500,was ok when i signed up 1 year plus ago,but lately have being getting slower and slower.Think they signed up too many customers while not upgrading their network.If this continue on,i may just change back to singnet when my contract ends.Also it seems that Singnet recently lowered their price plans while nothing so far for maxonline

  You need to check your computer for spywares and such. Sometimes it is due to that rather than the ISP fault.

  me juz norm home user nia.. do abit of bit torrent, abit of dota, abit of surfing.. juz dat i notice mi d/l spped drop alot durin peak hours, so i wan to check if maxonline is dedicated boh.. now i see the singnet promo not bad & mi maxonline terms is up.. so now checkin out which kan offer best package loh..

  Starhub, if I am not wrong, is not dedicated.

  yes i do that and even if such spywares get by,it still do reformat my comp around 3 times per year,after formating,it still stay the same.The speed is nothing comparable to when i just signed up

  Then it is the ISP.

  yup it is shared so the more customer they sign up in your surrounding areas,the more a limited amount of bandwith is shared among you guys so each will have slower access.

  wah piang!! like dat i tink its better to swap to singnet dan.. rather let lee family earn more to obtain better d/l speed man.. speed is for the future..
  dan its no point of getting 6500 unlimited with shared broad band.. wasting time i tink..

  well that is only if your area has more mol users.Also i read in hardwarezone forum that people think MOL may come up with new attractive package to rival the latest price drop from singnet during a IT show on the 8 th march which is 2 days away.Not sure thou where is this IT show at.

  singnet needs a phoneline, pls do not forget to add that line cost into the broadband as well.

  In terms of performance, I stand by Singnet Broadband.
  
  However, if you are thinking in terms of loyalty rewards then I think you should go with MOL. They've got the better deals.

  well, i tink i dun mind payin a 1 time payment of $50 to attain better speed mah.. muz see in the long run u knoe.. how abt now lets do a poll..
  juz oso mention which plan u using.. me start : 2000 max-on-line..

  I dumped MOL for Singnet and is a happy user now
  
  MOL SCMI when you're logged on games like WoW.
