  I'm keen to buy a PDA phone with Windows enabled but I'm clueless on which brand or model to get...
  
  Can someone pls recommend and shed some light on this please?

  I'm using an O2 Exec and I must say it's highly recommended, I loved it! The design is much slicker than the Dopod, though it looks similar in everything else.

  i was reading up Cnet on HP and O2... which is better in terms of windows performance?
  
  camera and video functions are secondary so dun have to be like really good

  I'm noob at PDAs as well. But I think it still needs ISP to surf the web... If not, where else can you get the signal from?

  Yes to a certain degree. U can install a WIFI card into your PDA and surf net in those hot spots e.g. in school
  
  For more details, you can check up with Sintel Mobile where they offer services for 3G, WIFI and GPRS technologies.
  
  Best recommended for those getting new handphones or smart phones, buy 1 that has the 3G capabilities.

  Wat models of PDA phones that has the above functions? 3G? I mean I have been reading up information about O2, Dopod and HP... like about the same.. how to know which is better?

  ram & processor how fast the applications will run, etc..so more is better
  
  Honestly speakin, 02 holds a slight advantage over the HP in terms of camera quality. Besides that...nothing much really

  personally, i think hp is much more geared towards the mobile professional..while 02 is more for like...yuppies.
  
  Anyway, what better way to say thanks than a brand new 02 Atom for me?

  heh.. that one i duno...must ask somebody 'in-the-know' like FireIce.. i think most phone shop will have.
