Sony Clie Palm Top Problems

  My Palm will say "cleaning of back-up" whenever I click on HotSync. After that, it will say HotSync interrupted and thus my HotSync cannot be done. Anyone able to assist me? Thanks

  Not the same problem. Mine will do the "Cleaning up" for few seconds and later there'll be the HotSync interrupted message. This cause me not to be able to transfer new application over. Is this a Palm or PC issue ?

  When did you start having this problem?
  
  Did you install any software prior to this? Some of them may cause the pda to freeze at the "Cleaning up" stage. Might want to deactivate them one by one to see which one is causing it.

  I didn't use this Palm for some times already. But when I sold it to a new buyer, he say there's problem to HotSync applications over. The Palm is already reset, but problem persist.

  Hmm...if you want to eliminate the PC issue, best is to bring it to someone's place who has a working hotsync software and try it there...if it works, probably Palm issue -_-
