Open up Registry Editor.
Go to this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Un1
and delete it. -

Navigate to this key first:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Then scroll down to Un1 and delete.
