install what to view chinese words?

just reformatted my com.. the com now can't read chinese words.. may i noe what to install???

go to ur control panel
regional and language options
languages tab
check "install files for east asian languages" -

Fireice i want to ask ar.. how come it writes there set up cannot copy something.exe and when i go find the same name in the folder ar, it is .EX_
