I wonder if anyone is kind enough to donate one of their Spare DDR rams to me. My Elixir 256 MB 266MHz DDR RAM cannot work already.

There's no way to fix RAM. Either you exchanged it or you have to buy a new one. If the new one gives you the same problem, either your home circuit is not properly wired or your motherboard is giving you problems. Your motherboard is most likely damaged by now, so even if someone donates a piece of 256MB RAM to you, it won't work.
