no coz i got a design on hand...i dunno how to print it...i heard mus put it in soft copy and give it to the shirt printing shop ar?

You may also ask them what are the other ways to go about doing it if they demand only softcopy format.
Alternative. You may scan into image and edit in PS.

hmm it depends on what kind of print you want
basically the 2 most common Tshirt prints are iron-on and silk screening
Iron-on you just take your design to the shop owner and he will help you transfer it to an iron paper then use press method to imprint on the T-shirt
As for silk screening, it's more complex, you will need to separate out the colours of your design into different silkscreen boards then screen those colours 1by 1 onto the Tshirt -
