Where can I Buy CBT Express ???

  Hi fellow forummers,
  
  I need to do a project for the unfortunates... Based on that I need to find a CBT (Computer Based Training) Authoring Tools software. I remembered I had ever used before a software called CBT express which allow me to create a computer based traning program project which contains audios, visuals..used to train mental disabled students. HOwever, that was donkeys years.
  
  Anyone heard of or has recommendations?
