Apple released a Beta program a few hours ago that'll make you piss your pants.
They've allowed Windows XP dual-booting on their Mactels.
With the latest application called Boot Camp, you can now install Windows on your Intel iMacs or MacBook Pro without affecting your Macintosh data. Windows will run natively on the Mac with the required drivers.
This unexpected move has become a major subject among Apple-techies and many applauded Apple for this extraordinary move.
It has been suspected that Apple purposely allow the Running Windows on Intel Macs contest to run its course before releasing this application.

Boot CampI'm dying to get a Mac now!

And I love this part:

EFI and BIOS
Macs use an ultra-modern industry standard technology called EFI to handle booting. Sadly, Windows XP, and even the upcoming Vista, are stuck in the 1980s with old-fashioned BIOS. But with Boot Camp, the Mac can operate smoothly in both centuries.
