  Hi guys, have some questions to ask on web page design. Sincerely hope someone can help to answer my following enquires. Thxs~! :p
  
  1) What is the tools and software needed to design a webpage??
  
  2)Where can I get information on international internet laws, particular dealing with business in the net.
  
  3)What are some internet transaction media beside paypal?? Could give any other exmaple like mastercard or visa transaction etc??
  
  Hope any of the IT savvy guys can provide me some info...thks in advance!

  many of them, microsoft frontpage, macromedia dreamweaver, etc. If you want more complex stuff, go to java scripts sites, HTML4 scripts site etc to download the scripts, modify the values to your own preference.
  And you may need some graphics software to make button, logos, etc.
  Are you planing to sell something on a website? you must decide where to host it also.
  
  For things related to business law, i dont know.

  macromedia dreamweaver, ms front page etc.. that's if u wana design urself la.. if not, there's hosting packages and companies willing to do for u for a fee..
  
  for law, u can check with Ipos ba.
  
  paypal, internet banking..

  1) If you know basic HTML coding, a notepad or wordpad would be enough. If you don't know, a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) programs would be helpful. Microsoft Frontpage, Webpage Maker are good.
  
  3) Master Card or Visa card transaction is rather normal. Most US shopping sites use that, like amazon.com
