  hmm...firstly you got to get a tv card and establish tv connection from your pc...then use a programme to record the show..but the mp3 is kinda difficult...

  mp3 is audio format. If you wanna record only the audio, you just have to use an audio cable and line-in to your computer and record. If you wanna record as video, you need a tv card
