err..computer problem?

after i install my warcraft 3 game..
click n try to run it..this appear..
what problem isit?
anyone can help me..
few months ago i tried install n i could play it..after that i uninstall now i try reinstall back but..got this problem..
whats wrong? -
Try this:
1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type dxdiag and press the enter key
4. Click on the Sound tab
5. Move the hardware sound acceleration level slider bar to the far right and then one notch to the left so it reads standard acceleration
6. Click exit and try the game again -

Try swopping the RAM positions. If you slot your RAM in the first slot, try putting it in the second or third slot. If there are more than one piece of RAM, try switching their position also. Changing RAM position is just routine work. Computer RAM is famous for working in one particular slot but failed to work in another. So switching around might help. If it doesn't help, try using with one piece of RAM. If you have one piece only, buy a new one and test. It might help. -
