  Can anyone advise how to join to MPE file together. My digital camera can shoot up to 1 mins of mpe only, how can I join the file together into one?

  you mean MPEG files? Use a video editing software like the pre-installed Windows Movie Maker to join them. Or you can search for 'mpeg joiner' on download.com
