Any freeware tht can do simple floor plan drawing?

  Hi all,
  Are there any freeware available that can do simple line drawing for floor plan?
  My requirements are pretty simple:
  1. can set drawings to scale
  2. can indicate dimension lines
  3. have furntiure templates to insert onto the floorplan
  
  as shown in this pic, this was done with visio.
